This site is run by CRK for customers of CNW. Here is what it keeps, in plain words.
To see which products people look at, the site counts things like: a product page was opened, a search was made, a button such as the storage guide was pressed, and which printed flyer or guide a visit came from. It also notes whether the screen is a phone, tablet or computer.
It does not use cookies, and it does not keep your IP address, your name, your phone, or anything that follows you from visit to visit. Searches that look like an email address or a phone number are thrown away. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", nothing is counted.
When you use Give Feedback, we keep your message, and your name and phone or email only if you choose to type them. It goes to CRK so someone can read it and reply. Please do not include passwords.
Counts and feedback are deleted after 24 months. To have your feedback removed sooner, ask CRK Support.
